Converga provided The Department of Home Affairs with an outsourced on and off site mailroom solution with delivery points in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Staffing solutions were put in place in the The Department of Home Affairs’ National office Print and Copy room to provide a comprehensive reproduction and printing service, as well as immediate services for the Ministers, Secretaries and administration staff offices (including electronic services to regional offices, finishing services, non-technical maintenance of equipment and provision for out-of hours printing and copying).
For the last 12 years Converga have managed approximately 7 million The Department of Home Affairs mail items per annum, and have implemented courier and remote mail services to an additional eight locations.
