To help you get the most from your investment in the Onsite Mailroom, we offer a range of useful, convenient office services using your mailroom as a logistics hub – and all at a very affordable price.

Our office services include:

  • corporate hospitality: we’ll manage your front-of-house services and all your catering and hospitality requirements, including reception and concierge services, corporate switchboard services and meeting room management
  • procurement: we’ll order all your office supplies, from stationery and print & reprographic consumables to kitchen supplies. You’ll get the best market prices owing to our preferred supplier agreements, which offer significant buying power
  • consumables management, distribution and stocking: our Onsite Mailroom team will manage all your requirements for consumables such as stationery, paper and kitchen supplies, periodicals, first aid and civil defence supplies, and print & reprographic consumables
  • facilities management: we’ll work with third parties as required to manage your facilities and critical systems to ensure they perform for your business. This includes managing:
    • facility-related requests, 24 hours a day
    • contractors and general maintenance and repairs
    • recycling and document destruction services
    • desk and furniture relocations
    • security and card access
    • loading dock movements
  • employee services: we can help you to provide a comfortable, productive workplace for your staff by:
    • managing and maintaining lunch rooms, break-out areas, utility rooms and other common areas
    • managing dry cleaning and other personal services and benefits
  • records management, available through our Onsite Client Records Management service.

We can also manage your non-core third party suppliers – removing costs from your procurement and finance functions by:

  • managing contracts/service level agreements
  • monitoring day-to-day service delivery and benchmarking performance
  • reconciling, cost-coding and consolidating invoices, including uploading them to your core systems
  • paying suppliers and presenting a single consolidated invoice to you for payment
  • undertaking tender reviews and management
  • providing consultancy services to re-engineer networks, improve processes and reduce costs.

Account management

Your Converga onsite Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for day-to-day mailroom operations and account management. They’ll be supported by an Account Manager, who is in turn supported by our National Operations team. The account management approach will include:

  • regular reports on key performance indicators and mail volumes, tailored to your specific requirements
  • regular operational meetings and quarterly strategic meetings to keep you up to date on opportunities for development and potential threats to operations
  • surveys of key users every six months, using simple and powerful electronic tools.
