The Scanning & Data Capture service:

• uses high-resolution, high-speed document scanning technology to:
  • provide duplex (double-sided) scanning in colour, greyscale or bi-tones
  • enhance images through techniques such as de-skewing, de-speckling and removing black borders and lines
• reduces the number of documents requiring manual handling with smart data capture technology such as intelligent document recognition (IDR) and optical character recognition (OCR)
