With this integrated document storage and archive system:
- documents can be stored in any format (such as MS Office, PDF, emails, HTML, etc). PDF is the most commonly used, as it enables users to view documents via the readily available and free Adobe Reader
- users can access and display stored documents immediately in real time, from any computer with internet access (we can also provide a dedicated connection for transferring large data files).
The Digital Storage & Access service is an integral part of other Converga services, such as Procure to Pay, Paperless Accounts Payable, Application Processing and Case Management. It’s also used by our parent company, Datam limited, to store and archive digital images of print items produced for clients.
