Gary is responsible for the overall vision and leadership of Datam Ltd. He is also a member of the Senior Executive Team at New Zealand Post. In a career spanning more than 25 years in business process outsourcing, Gary has achieved considerable recognition as a change management specialist. Before his appointment as CEO of Datamail Group in 2004, Gary was Manager of Business Process Outsourcing for EDS Asia Pacific. While at EDS, he was the project manager behind the successful integration of, firstly, Databank and, subsequently, GCS into the EDS New Zealand operations.
Shane Robinson
Manager Development and IT
After spending four years leading a specialist team in Datamail’s accounts payable business, Shane has joined Converga as Manager Development and IT. His role involves working with our team of expert software developers and analysts to create customised applications for both individual clients and in-house use. It’s work that supports Converga’s Technology Centres around the country, using state-of-the-art technology to meet the needs of today and the future.

Jo Korent
Business Solutions Manager
Jo’s role is all about making things happen for Converga’s clients in New Zealand and Australia. With a strong project and financial systems management background, she brings with her a decade of experience in business analysis and consulting, most recently with Datamail. Her team of specialists assesses our clients’ situations and requirements, then works with our business partners to develop appropriate solutions.

Nigel Grange
Product Manager
Nigel’s the force behind Converga’s Financial Solutions – eProcure, Paperless Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay. He has more than 17 years’ experience in our industry – firstly with Hermes Precisa then with Datamail, where he was involved in a number of high-profile business process management projects, primarily related to imaging and document management. As the ‘conduit’ between Converga’s sales force and the solutions’ implementation team, he has an invaluable role in helping clients to make their decisions on Financial Solutions services.
The diverse services we offer combine to provide a powerful offering for clients on both sides of the Tasman,” he says. “It’s very rewarding to play a part in their success.
Joe Brophy
Product Manager
With a combined 10 years of experience with the Datamail Group, Joe brings to Converga a strong practical and technical knowledge of intelligent imaging, data capture, scanning and digital applications. As part of the Converga team, he’s mainly responsible for our Application Processing and Case Management services – supporting our sales people and ensuring our clients’ requirements are translated into effective Converga solutions.
